Hafeez Ahmed Khan
Engr. Hafeez Ahmad Khan has over 50 years of extensive experience in the Structural Design and Top Construction Supervision.
He is the founding Principal of Consult-Tech, and has been associated with the consulting profession since 1962. Under his esteem leadership, Consult-Tech achieved new horizons in the Engineering Consulting Profession in Pakistan.
He designed the Al-Fallah Building, Lahore in 1962, The hotel Intercontinental, Peshawar in 1964 and the first High Rise residential Complex of Pakistan in 1976. He is involved in the design and supervision of 100 multi-storeyed building structures upto 40 storey in height, vetting of more than 50 highrise buildings and many bridges. The bridges include 105 ft span over five railway tracks at Quaidabad. He has restored the deteriorated failed structures successfully and are still in a stable condition after a period of 20 years. He is considered as an authority on restoration and rehabilitation of deteriorated and failed structures.
He has extensive experience in planning, designing and supervision of large engineering projects throughout Pakistan. They include high rose buildings, bridges, roads, highways, grade separated interchanges, transitways, gas power stations, thermal power stations, prestressed concrete structures, steel structures, hydraulic structures and construction.
He was Consultant on Pehalvi University Sports Complex, Shiraz – Iran, Al-Itala and Nawaran Housing Shiraz – Iran. He initiated Project Management in 1982 and the company is handling some of the largest projects in the private sector in Pakistan.
He received Governer Award for the “Best Structural Engineer” (July 31, 2005)

EDUCATION
Completed courses in advance Structural Engineering, Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering from SEATO Graduate School of Engineering (AIT – Bangkok, Thailand) in 1963-64.
B.E. Civil, NED University Government Engineering College, University of Karachi (Dec – 1956).
Training in Prestressed and Precast Concrete Technology with M/S. Incos International (Italy).

Engr. Rehan Ahmad Khan has over 19 years of experience in the Structural Design and Top Construction Supervision. He was involved in the design and construction supervision of various projects including Dolmen Shopping Mall, Beamount Plaza – Karachi, Extension of Concourse hall at Allama Iqbal International Airport – Lahore, Extension of Faisalabad International Airport – Faisalabad, Extension of Bacha Khan International Airport – Peshawar, and other industrial projects.
He has extensive experience in the use of engineering applications including ETABS, SAFE, SAP 2000, PCA COLandMasterSeries.He has experience in the use of standard engineering applications and has developed programs according to the requirement.
